The South Fork Canyon ranch is a gently sloping timberland tract in the NE corner of California. This 700+/- acre property qualifies for one X3A mule deer tag, a very difficult draw over the last few years. Cedars, white fir and pines are mixed with occasional hardwoods, and are growing very nicely. Last logging entry was about 10 years ago. A trout pond is nearby, and a trout stream runs through the western corner of the property. Good road system is in, and there are numerous building sites to choose from.
